1. Nature of our services
Workglobe Partners Private Limited's role is advisory and consultancy in nature — covering candidate identification, profile and documentation support, interview coordination, and workforce consulting. Where a step legally requires a specific licence — such as recruitment or emigration processing under the Emigration Act, 1983 — it is carried out through our licensed Recruiting Agent (RA) partner network. We do not act as an employer, a Recruiting Agent, or a visa/work-permit authority in our own capacity unless separately and legally authorised to do so, and candidates are encouraged to independently verify any partner's licence status. Full company details (CIN, registered office, MCA verification) are on our About page.
2. Outcomes are not guaranteed
Final outcomes such as candidate selection, an employer's hiring decision, salary offered, visa approval, work permit issuance, emigration clearance, or travel date depend on the employer, the candidate's eligibility, and the relevant government authorities — not on Workglobe Partners. Selection decisions rest with the employer or other legally authorised person; Workglobe Partners does not act as the final selecting authority. We do not guarantee employment, selection, salary, visa, work permit, emigration clearance, or travel date.
3. Fees, employers, and partners
Any applicable service charge is communicated to the candidate clearly and in writing before any commitment is made, along with a receipt. Charges for services performed by our licensed partners are separate from, and billed independently of, our own advisory fee, and any statutory cap on candidate-side charges is observed. No advance or booking amount is payable to a partner merely for introducing, interviewing, or beginning processing for a candidate. Employers and Recruiting Agency partners engage with us under a separate written agreement; nothing on this website constitutes an offer or binding commitment.
4. Candidate consent and data use
By submitting an application, a candidate consents to Workglobe Partners storing and using their details for screening and for being contacted about that application, handled in line with applicable data-protection law. A candidate may seek independent advice at any stage and may withdraw their application at any time.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and may be updated from time to time. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, they are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi. Nothing here prevents anyone from approaching a competent court, police, or regulatory authority where permitted by law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@workglobepartners.com or via our Contact page.
