Workglobe Partners Private Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, to bring documentation discipline to a recruitment corridor that has historically run on informal networks.
Every year, lakhs of workers from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal travel to the Gulf for warehouse, driving, construction and facilities roles — often through informal agents with no verifiable record. That gap creates real risk for candidates: unclear contracts, unverifiable employers, and no accountable party once a worker has left India.
Workglobe Partners was set up to close that gap with a registered, document-first process: every candidate is verified before submission to an employer, every placement is tracked against a real contract, and every step — from registration to deployment — is recorded, not informal.
Company standing can be independently verified on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal at mca.gov.in using the CIN above.
No. Registration and screening are free. Legitimate placements are employer-funded — we never ask candidates to pay for a job offer.
We are MCA-registered; our RA licence under the Emigration Act is currently in process. Until granted, overseas placements are routed through our licensed partner network — see Registration & Standing above.
It varies by role and destination — visa processing and embassy timelines are outside our control. We give candidates a realistic estimate once they're matched to a specific employer, not before.
Contact us with your role requirements, location, and headcount. We screen and shortlist candidates against your criteria before any introduction.
