How we work
- Candidates are screened against genuine, live employer requirements — not speculative listings.
- Documentation (ID, address, trade certificates, medical, PCC) is checked before any employer submission.
- Contracts and offer terms are reviewed with the candidate before signing.
- A named point of contact is provided for every candidate through registration, deployment and after arrival.

Is there any fee to register as a candidate?
All applicable charges and terms are shared with the candidate clearly before any commitment is made — nothing hidden, nothing assumed.
Are you licensed to operate for overseas roles?
We are a registered private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and every engagement is carried out in line with applicable regulations, with overseas steps coordinated through our licensed partner network — see Registration & Standing above.
How long does an engagement take?
It varies by role and destination — visa processing and embassy timelines are outside our control. We give candidates a realistic estimate once they're matched to a specific employer, not before.
Who makes the final hiring decision?
The employer — or another legally authorised person — makes the final selection. We coordinate screening, documentation, and interview support, but we are not the selecting authority.
Do you hold my passport?
No. Your original passport is never held as security or collateral. Where it's genuinely needed for a processing step, it's handled with a proper handover record and returned promptly.
