When you apply as a candidate, contact us, or submit a partner/employer enquiry, we collect the details you provide directly — name, phone number, email, location, and information relevant to your application. This is used to screen and process your application, contact you about it, coordinate with employers or licensed partners where relevant to a specific opportunity, and maintain required records. We do not collect more than a form asks for, and we do not use your data for unrelated purposes.
2. Who we share it with
Your details are shared only where necessary for the purpose you engaged us for — for example, with a prospective employer or a licensed Recruiting Agent partner, in connection with an opportunity you are being considered for. We do not sell personal data or share it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and you may request deletion at any time subject to any legal retention requirement. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
4. Your rights

This website does not currently use tracking cookies; if analytics tools are enabled in future, this policy will be updated first. Our services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
